In a short time, she moved up the ranks, becoming Head of Training and Advisory Services in August 2023, then Director, Advisory Services and Training, later that same year. Jennifer, a notary by profession, holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's in notarial law from the Université de Montréal. She has been a member of the Chambre des notaires since May 2019. Her early years in traditional practice, in both notarial and law firms, led her to work in various areas of law, including estate law, the law of persons, contentious proceedings, and commercial law, among others. However, her expertise developed mainly in real estate law, where she handled transactions involving residential buildings, daycares, and hotels. In June 2020, Jennifer joined the CORPIQ Advisory Service team as a property management advisor. Her strong legal research skills, ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language, and in-depth knowledge of the law make her an invaluable member of the team.
