Valérie Cuierrier-Besner
Ms Valérie Cuierrier-Besner completed her legal studies at the Université de Montréal in 2004 and has been a member of the Bar since 2005. Ms Cuierrier-Besner has practised at Gagnon & Associés since 2005. From the time she joined the Gagnon & Associés team, Ms Cuierrier-Besner has provided ongoing legal advice to the firm's clients. Like the other members of the Gagnon & Associés team, Ms Cuierrier-Besner represents landlords in cases before the Tribunal administratif du logement and the courts of general jurisdiction. Ms Cuierrier-Besner has given several conferences over the years, particularly in rental law. She has also authored numerous articles. Since 2018, Ms Cuierrier-Besner has been accredited as a mediator in civil, commercial, and labour law, as well as for Small Claims in the Montréal and Longueuil judicial districts.
